1. About GO
GO, also presented in the app as Go — The Keeper’s Way, is published by One T Media Group in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains information used for local play, accounts, online matches, leaderboards, purchases and advertising. Features may vary by platform and release.
2. Local play and preferences
You can play offline without creating a GO account. Saved offline games, tutorial and campaign progress, local statistics, unlocks, and sound and appearance preferences are stored on your device. Signing in does not currently synchronize this offline progress between devices. Your operating system’s backup services may include local app data according to your device settings.
3. Accounts and profiles
Online play requires a GO account. We use Google Firebase Authentication for email/password, Sign in with Apple and Google sign-in. These services process account identifiers, your email address or Apple relay address, sign-in credentials and provider information needed to authenticate you, keep you signed in and protect your account. Apple and Google process sign-in information under their own policies.
We store your GO account identifier, chosen display name, selected avatar, optional country or region, and profile updates in our Firebase-backed service. Avatars are selected from the game’s supplied images; GO does not currently upload custom profile photographs. Your selected country is not GPS location.
4. Online games and public standings
Our servers process matchmaking requests, private-room information, player identifiers, board positions, moves, clocks, captures, scoring decisions, results and ranked points. This supports live play, reconnection, fair results and leaderboard rankings.
Your display name, selected avatar, country or flag, ranked points and position can appear to other players on leaderboards. Opponents receive the match information needed to play. Choose a display name you are comfortable sharing; your sign-in email is not a leaderboard field.
5. Purchases and Remove Ads
Apple processes iOS purchases and payment details. We do not receive your payment-card number. To verify Remove Ads and recognize it when you sign into your GO account, our service processes store transaction identifiers, product and purchase status, an account-binding token, verification times and your GO account identifier. It checks current store information for refunds or revocations. The app also keeps a local ownership cache.
A purchase is associated with one GO account. Deleting that account removes its purchase association from GO’s database but does not delete Apple’s purchase records or automatically issue a refund. Restore Purchases can be used to request recognition of an eligible store purchase. Availability on other platforms depends on those versions being released and supported.
6. Advertising and consent
Where advertising is enabled, GO uses Google AdMob for game banners and occasional full-screen ads at completed-game breaks. Remove Ads suppresses both formats after ownership is recognized. GO does not currently include rewarded-video advertising.
Google’s advertising services may process IP addresses, approximate location derived from IP addresses, device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, performance information and diagnostic logs to deliver and measure ads, detect fraud and operate their services. The information used depends on device settings, consent choices and service configuration. GO does not request precise-location access for advertising.
Where required, Google’s consent interface presents advertising choices. Use Ad privacy choices in GO when that option is shown to revisit your choices. You can also manage applicable privacy permissions through your device settings. GO asks for Apple’s tracking permission before enabling tracking for advertising. You can decline and continue playing; when permission is declined, GO requests non-personalized ads and disables the publisher first-party advertising identifier. Non-personalized or limited ads can still involve technical data processing.
7. Security, diagnostics and service providers
GO uses Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions and Firebase Hosting to provide accounts, online play, verification pages and purchase recognition. Firebase App Check and Apple device-attestation services help verify app requests. These services process technical request information, including IP addresses, device or app information, security tokens and operational logs needed to run and protect the service.
The current app does not integrate Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics. Hosting, authentication, advertising and platform services can nevertheless process operational and diagnostic information. Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

8. Support
If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any details or attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond, investigate issues and support the app. Please avoid including passwords, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
9. Retention and account deletion
Account, profile, online-game and purchase-verification records are retained to operate the features described above. To delete your GO account, open your profile, open Account and choose Delete GO account. Identity confirmation is required. You may also contact us using the address below to request assistance.
Account deletion removes your authentication account, cloud profile, leaderboard entries, matchmaking records and GO purchase associations. Shared matches retain moves and results with your side anonymized so the other player can retain their game history. Other players may have copies of information they previously received. A security marker is kept for approximately 24 hours after cleanup to block old authentication tokens.
Deleting an account does not automatically erase local offline progress or store-provider records. Local data can be removed by deleting the app, subject to any device backups. Service logs, backups and support correspondence can remain according to operational, security and provider retention requirements. If you need help with these records, contact us.
10. Your choices and rights
You can play offline without a GO account, edit your public profile, omit your country, change available advertising choices, or request account deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, withdraw consent, or object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity before acting.
11. Children’s privacy
Parents or guardians with concerns about a child’s account or personal information should contact us. Please do not include a child’s sensitive information in a public display name or support attachment. We will review requests concerning children’s information and take appropriate action.
12. Security and policy updates
We use authentication, access controls and server-side validation to protect the information we handle. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. We may update this policy as GO and its services change; the revision date above identifies the current version.
