Your account and your connections.

7D is an early version operated by One T Media Group. Accounts and connections are real; Shared memories are available; AI chat and AI memory search are not connected.

What is stored

Firebase Authentication handles your email address, password authentication, verification, and password recovery. 7D stores your display name, optional short bio, chosen colour, optional small portrait, account identifier, and profile timestamps in a separate 7D Firebase project. Profile and invitation data use a Firestore database in Toronto; authentication and service processing may occur elsewhere.

Who can see your profile

You and the people you have confirmed a connection with can view your name, bio, colour, and portrait. There is no public profile directory. Your email is not included in your shared profile. Project administrators have technical access for support and operation.

Invitations and removal

An invitation stores the sender’s account identifier and display name, the intended recipient’s email, the chosen relationship, status, and timestamps. Only the sender and the verified account using the recipient’s email can read it. The recipient can accept or decline; the sender can cancel. Pending invitations expire after seven days. Expired and completed invitation records are retained until removed through an account-data request.

Accepting adds the connection for both people. Either person can remove it, which revokes future profile access for both. Information already seen or copied by someone cannot be recalled.

Pet profiles and photos

You can create, edit, and remove your pet profiles. Pet names, companion types, bios, and optional portraits are visible only to you and your confirmed connections. Photo files are processed in your browser into a small square JPEG before saving. Original files and their embedded metadata are not uploaded. These portraits are stored with the private profile data; they do not have public download links.

Private circles

Circle owners can invite their confirmed connections. Each recipient must accept before becoming a member. Circle titles, descriptions, and the names shared when members join are visible only to current circle members. Circle membership does not grant access to a member’s private profile or pet profiles.

Owners can edit the circle, remove members, or delete it. Other members can leave. Removing a personal connection does not automatically remove shared circle membership; leave the circle or ask its owner to remove you separately. Circle invitations store the circle identifier and title, sender identifier and display name, recipient identifier, status, and timestamps. They are visible only to the owner and intended recipient. Invitation records are retained after expiry, cancellation, or circle deletion until an account-data request is fulfilled.

Memories and sharing

A memory stores its author identifier and display name, title, story, optional date, optional optimized photo, optional person/pet/circle identifiers, sharing choice, and timestamps. Memories start private. Linking a person, pet, or circle does not share the memory or expand access to any linked profile.

You can explicitly share with one linked confirmed connection, or with the current and future members of a linked circle. Removing the personal connection revokes directly shared memory access. Leaving or being removed from a circle revokes access to other people’s circle memories. Memories you contributed to the circle remain shared there after you leave until you delete them or change their audience. Deleting a circle removes other members’ access to its circle-shared memories; authors keep access to their own records.

Only the memory author can edit, change sharing, or delete a memory. Photo copies retain their proportions, are resized to fit within 1280 pixels on the longest side (or smaller when needed), and are saved as JPEG without the original file’s embedded metadata. Keep original images on your own device. This version supports one photo per memory. Stories are plain text. Memories and their photo copies are retained until their author deletes them or an account-data request is fulfilled. As with profiles, information someone already viewed or copied cannot be recalled.

Your browser

Sign-in is kept for the browser session. Theme preferences are saved on your device. This account interface does not load analytics, advertising, or AI services, and it does not upload original photo files. The memory editor uploads only the story and optimized photo you choose to save.

Access, correction, or deletion

Edit your profile in your universe. To request account deletion or a copy of your account data, contact One T Media Group. Requests require identity verification. Self-service account deletion is future work. Shared memories are available with the sharing choices described above.
